Description
High Tensile MIG Welding Wire for Structural Steel – 1.0mm Solid Wire
This high tensile MIG welding wire for structural steel is made for 490N/mm² grade 2 carbon steel applications. The wire is classified under AWS A5.18 ER70S-6, and comes vacuum-packed in a 15kg spool to preserve quality and ensure long storage life.
Thanks to its enhanced deoxidation performance, this wire produces clean welds, even on thin plates. It’s suitable for all-position welding and offers a smooth, stable arc. Furthermore, it works with both CO₂ and Argon-CO₂ gas mixtures, making it versatile for use in shipbuilding, automotive, industrial machinery, bridges, and steel frames.
