Kiswel K-316LT Welding Wire 1.2mm x 12.5kg – For Austenitic Stainless Steel

The Kiswel K-316LT welding wire 1.2mm is a flux-cored arc welding (FCAW) wire designed for welding 18%Cr-12%Ni-2%Mo austenitic stainless steels, such as AISI 316 and 316L. It delivers excellent corrosion resistance, especially against chlorides, and is suitable for applications in shipbuilding, chemical plants, and pressure vessels.

The wire supports multi-positional welding using CO₂ or Ar+20%CO₂ shielding gas with DC(+) polarity. It ensures smooth bead appearance, low spatter, and excellent impact strength, even at cryogenic temperatures.

K-316LT is approved by major international bodies including DNV, ABS, BV, TUV, CE, LR, KR, NK, RINA, and more.
