Description
Kiswel K-325T Welding Wire 1.2mm x 15kg – Duplex Stainless Steel
The Kiswel K-325T welding wire 1.2mm is a flux-cored arc welding (FCAW) wire designed for welding 25%Cr-9%Ni-3%MoCu duplex stainless steels, such as UNS S32520 and S32550. It is ideal for use in chemical processing equipment, nuclear plant construction, and shipbuilding, where high mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance are essential.
K-325T provides stable arc characteristics, low spatter, and smooth weld bead appearance. It is intended for flat and horizontal-fillet welding positions, with CO₂ shielding gas and DC(+) polarity.
The wire meets multiple international standards, including AWS A5.22, EN ISO 17633-B, and JIS Z3323, and delivers strong mechanical performance and high pitting resistance with a PREN of 40.5.
