Description

The abrasive grinding disc for metal is designed for efficient grinding with improved control and reduced fatigue. It features a thinner 4 mm profile, making the tool lighter and easier to handle. This is especially useful when working overhead or in tight spaces.

The disc uses F24 corundum grains (700–850 µm) combined with a custom bonding formula. This ensures excellent material removal while maintaining long disc life. Higher porosity in the structure improves airflow and dust evacuation.

Cooling and lubricating additives help reduce heat buildup and energy use. The disc can also handle limited cutting tasks on thick-walled materials when needed. For maximum safety, it includes three layers of fiberglass mesh, pressed and cured under high pressure.
