Description

This corundum flap disc for corner grinding is built for high-efficiency work in hard-to-reach areas, such as corners, curved surfaces, or tight angles. It features a T27 flat backing pad with circumferentially recessed flaps, which extend beyond the edge of the disc. As a result, the grinding surface reaches deeper and adapts to complex shapes with ease.

We use X-heavy cotton abrasive belts, coated with industrial-grade aluminum oxide (corundum). Thanks to this composition, the disc ensures a strong removal rate and extended service life when working with medium-hard ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Each flap is machine-cut and positioned with ±0.5 mm precision. This ensures balance and consistent wear. The flaps remain firmly attached with the help of heat-resistant epoxy resin, even under heavy pressure and prolonged use.

The 7-layer fiberglass plate reinforces the backing structure, providing high impact resistance and durability. In addition, we’ve optimized flap density based on extensive testing. You can choose between P40 to P120 (100–500 µm) grit sizes, depending on your finishing needs.

Use this disc at a 5˚–15˚ working angle with a 125 mm angle grinder for best performance.
