• This ceramic fibre disc for intensive grinding is designed for high-pressure work on surfaces, edges, and corners. It performs exceptionally well on stainless steel, alloyed steels, and other tough materials. As a result, it’s ideal for demanding industrial and fabrication tasks.

  The disc features a 0.85 mm vulcanized fiber backing and is coated with 100% ceramic abrasive grains, bonded using heat-resistant synthetic resin. Moreover, this structure ensures stability, strength, and extended durability even under extreme grinding conditions.

  In addition, using a proper backing plate is essential. The flexibility or rigidity of the plate influences grinding precision, energy transfer, and user safety. Therefore, choosing the right support plate enhances performance while protecting the operator.

  The disc is available in FEPA grit sizes from P24 to P80 (850–200 µm), making it suitable for a wide range of grinding stages—from aggressive material removal to surface finishing.
