Features and uses:
- SMG-6 is a welding wire for 490N/mm grade 2 high-tensile steel. It is suitable for thin plate workpieces and has a better deoxidation effect on the weld bead.
- It is commonly used in all-position welding such as butt jointing and fillet welding in shipbuilding, automobiles, automobiles, vehicles, steel frames, bridges, motors, industrial machinery, etc.
Notes:
- Properly control the flow rate of the protective gas to about 20~25 l/min.
- Control the extension length of the welding wire to be approximately 15~-25mm.
- Regularly maintain the cleanliness of the welding gun gas cover and the integrity of the TIP.
