The stationary welding fume extractor FRESHWELD SM/910 is a robust and high-capacity industrial air filtration system designed for fixed installation in welding halls and production facilities. Built for continuous operation, this unit ensures safe and efficient removal of welding fumes, dust, and gaseous contaminants across large workspaces.
Thanks to its 4-stage filtration system, the SM/910 handles large air volumes with high precision. It includes a G2 mesh pre-filter, G4 coarse filter, a fine F9 or EPA E12 filter, and an activated carbon cell with 12kg of adsorbent material. This makes the unit highly effective in capturing both particles and odors.
A 1.5kW motor drives the filtration process, delivering up to 1300m³/h airflow. The unit is designed for connection to a fixed ductwork system and can serve one or more extraction points, depending on the configuration. Filter change indicators, spark protection, and electrical safety features ensure continuous, trouble-free operation.
This model is suited for industrial welding booths, robotic welding cells, and centralized extraction systems where mobility is not required.
