Instructions for Use

1. Keep rods dry; re-dry if they get wet

2. Connect to DC positive, with workpiece on the negative

3. Maintain air pressure between 0.5–1.6 MPa

4. Keep arc length at 3mm, and fixture exposure at 100mm

5. Angle rod at 45° to the workpiece, move along a tangent path

6. Ensure good ventilation and use correct working current
