Kiswel K-329T Welding Wire 1.2mm x 12.5kg – For Duplex Stainless Steel Welding

The Kiswel K-329T welding wire 1.2mm is a flux-cored wire designed for welding duplex stainless steels, especially ASTM A185 Gr.51, UNS S31803, DIN 1.4462, and JIS 329J1. It is ideal for critical applications in the nuclear industry, offshore structures, and chemical processing where high corrosion resistance and mechanical strength are essential.

K-329T delivers excellent weldability with a stable arc, low spatter levels, and a smooth, clean bead. It performs well in all welding positions and is compatible with CO₂ or Ar+20%CO₂ shielding gas, using DC(+) polarity.

This wire is tested and certified according to top international standards including AWS A5.22, EN ISO 17633-A/B, and JIS Z 3323. It offers PREN values of 37–38 and a ferrite number (FN) of 36.7, ensuring optimal duplex phase balance.
