Modular Hood System for Robotic Welding Fume Extraction

This robotic welding fume extraction system provides highly effective smoke control for industrial automation. Its compact structure fits seamlessly into welding cells with limited overhead space, enabling smooth installation in both new and existing lines.

The hood is built from hot-dip galvanized steel and reinforced with rivets. Its front and side barriers include flame-retardant PVC curtains for operator protection. In addition, the system includes Ø250mm ports to connect to central extraction units.

With low pressure loss (≤300Pa) and sound levels under 72dB, this robotic welding fume extraction system helps maintain a quiet, energy-efficient working environment. It is fully compliant with EN ISO safety regulations and suitable for all robotic welding setups where worker safety and air quality are top priorities.
