Flux-Cored Welding Wire for High-Tensile Steel – 1.2mm, 15kg Spool
This flux-cored welding wire for high-tensile steel is engineered for structural fabrication, pipelines, and shipbuilding. Developed for 490N/mm² grade carbon steel, it ensures a soft and stable arc, excellent penetration, minimal spatter, and reliable weld bead shape across all positions.
The 1.2mm wire performs exceptionally with CO₂ or Ar+CO₂ shielding gas, offering smooth slag removal and superior radiographic quality. It’s vacuum-sealed in a 15kg spool, ideal for long-term storage in demanding workshop conditions.
