Description

This flap disc for aluminium and non-ferrous metals delivers fast, clog-free grinding on soft metals. It’s available in a 125 mm diameter and comes in four grit sizes, giving you the flexibility to choose the right option for every stage of the job.

Its T27 flat backing pad features radially arranged flaps that concentrate contact pressure in a controlled line. As a result, you can work efficiently at angles between 5˚ and 15˚, especially along edges and flat surfaces.

We use Abranet Max abrasive belts, combining corundum grains with a polyamide mesh backing. This structure keeps the disc cool and resists clogging while maintaining a high removal rate on aluminium and similar materials.

Furthermore, the flaps stay firmly attached thanks to an epoxy resin bond. An 8-layer fiberglass base supports the disc and adds strength for safe, stable use under pressure.

For best performance, we recommend using this disc with a 125 mm angle grinder equipped with speed control and at least 1400W power.
