Description

This ceramic flap disc for edge grinding delivers high-precision performance on straight edges and flat surfaces. Its flat T27 backing pad and radially arranged flaps focus pressure into a narrow line, which allows you to grind edges with control and consistency.

We use 100% ceramic abrasive grains, which ensure fast material removal and long disc life—even on hard steel. The flaps sit on a strong poly-cotton backing that flexes slightly to follow the surface. As a result, you can maintain even pressure and avoid uneven wear.

Each flap is machine-cut and positioned with ±0.5 mm accuracy, creating a well-balanced disc. Furthermore, our engineers tested and optimized flap density for each diameter and grit level, so you get efficient, predictable results every time.

The 7-layer fiberglass backing plate adds stability and safety. We secure the flaps using a high-strength epoxy resin, which keeps everything intact during heavy use.
