• This non-woven flap disc for edge finishing offers reliable performance in deburring, blending, and surface preparation tasks. Its T27 flat backing pad features radially arranged flaps that concentrate pressure in a narrow contact line. As a result, you can achieve controlled, precise grinding along edges and profiles at angles between 5˚ and 15˚.

  The disc comes in a 125 mm diameter and is available in three versions: coarse, medium, and fine. You can easily match the right version to your finishing needs.

  You don’t need an additional backing plate. The flaps bond directly to the fiberglass support using a special epoxy resin, which ensures stability and structural integrity during use.

  We manufacture the flaps from non-woven nylon fibers that are impregnated with resin and abrasive grain. This combination increases flexibility and gives the disc a longer service life, even under high pressure and heat.

  Furthermore, the disc performs reliably across a broad speed range of 2,500 to 11,500 rpm. It fits most 125 mm angle grinders. For best results, use a speed-regulated grinder with at least 1400W of power for consistent finish quality and tool performance.
