This seamless metal-cored wire for mild steel is copper-coated for enhanced conductivity and feeding performance. The HF-1M wire delivers consistent results with low spatter, easy slag removal, and excellent arc stability. It works in all positions and is especially suited for offshore structures, pipelines, and heavy fabrication.
Because of its low hydrogen content, this wire ensures strong, clean welds with minimal risk of cracking. In addition, it supports high deposition welding in both manual and automated setups. Certified by DNV, LR, TÜV, BV, and CE, it meets international standards for demanding work environments.
