Description
Compact Stationary Welding Fume Extractor – Dual Arm 1300m³/h
The compact stationary welding fume extractor from the FRESHWELD SMK/920 series is built for fixed installation in welding booths and industrial workstations. Designed for space-restricted environments, it combines dual-arm flexibility with efficient multi-stage air filtration, making it an ideal solution for welding and light chemical applications.
The system includes two flexible acrobat arms (2m–4m), with optional extensions up to 7m, allowing large-area coverage without repositioning the unit. This compact stationary welding fume extractor features a 4-stage filtration setup: G2 mesh pre-filter, G4 coarse filter, F9 or EPA E12 fine filter, and a 12kg activated carbon layer. As a result, it removes particles, odors, and harmful gases effectively.
A robust 1.5kW motor powers the airflow between 750–1300m³/h, depending on the arm configuration. Despite its strength, the system operates quietly at only 72dB. Moreover, it includes safety functions such as reverse rotation warning, phase loss protection, and a spark arrestor. For example, daily use is simplified by the external control panel and clear filter change indicators.
