This cleaning disc for coarse dirt removal is a compact yet highly effective tool for aggressive surface cleaning. Designed with a T27 flat profile and a porous, 13 mm thick grinding body, it provides excellent performance even on heavily soiled or uneven materials.

The disc is available in a 125 mm variant, which is versatile enough to cover a full range of rough surface preparation tasks. Thanks to its elastic structure, it adapts to contours and irregularities with ease, ensuring consistent contact and material removal.

We manufacture the grinding body from a highly elastic polyamide material, impregnated with coarse silicon carbide grains. This combination resists clogging, maintains a cool grinding surface, and allows continuous use without losing effectiveness.

Additionally, the disc structure remains stable during use, which ensures repeatable results and extended life. The flaps are bonded to a 7-layer fiberglass backing using epoxy resin, providing strength and safety during operation.

For optimal results, pair this disc with a 125 mm angle grinder with speed control and a power rating of at least 1400W. The ideal working speed is between 2,800 and 4,000 rpm.
