Description

This flexible backing pad for fiber discs offers precise sanding in curved and hard-to-reach areas. Its soft, adaptable body allows the disc to follow surface contours, making it ideal for fine finishing.

We use Flexithan 55, a modified thermoplastic rubber, to construct the pad. This material provides strong flexibility, excellent resistance to oils and lubricants, and long-term structural stability.

The metal pressure nut with a standard M14 thread ensures a firm grip on any compatible angle grinder. Its large contact area helps distribute pressure evenly and keeps the tool balanced.

The pad performs consistently across a wide temperature range. It only shows minimal changes below –20°C or above 120°C, even during long grinding sessions.

We follow ISO 15636 standards in the manufacturing process. This ensures safety and compatibility with all vulcanized fiber disc systems.
