Pegastar flap discs are designed using high-strength aluminium oxide grains and a heat-resistant, anti-stick coating. As a result, they provide up to 55% faster grinding than standard discs and ensure a consistently smooth finish.

Versatile T29 Shape

The 15° angled T29 design gives you excellent control on both flat and curved surfaces. In addition, the shape allows for easy grinding of edges, welds, bevels, and irregular materials.

Reinforced for Maximum Durability

Each disc includes a thick fiberglass mesh bonded with BASF industrial resin. This strong construction improves wear resistance and extends product life. Moreover, the PE center withstands speeds of up to 13,500 RPM without cracking or breaking.
