Requirements

  • Solid experience in selling welding equipment, welding additives and accessories, with a proven portfolio of success.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of welding equipment, welding processes and related accessories.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in consultation with the sales manager.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and create a strong network in the industry.
  • Skills in English and/or Norwegian, both written and spoken, are an advantage, as you will be in contact with our head office in Romania & Søgne.
  • Responsibility for storage centrally in Western Norway by agreement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop relationships with customers in the welding industry by analyzing their needs and offering personalized solutions for welding equipment, machines, welding consumables and accessories.
  • Coordinating and monitoring the sales process, from consultation and product presentation to contract conclusion and after-sales services.
  • Create and maintain a detailed customer database, monitor their progress and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase sales and achieve established targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient and rapid delivery of products ordered by customers.
  • Monitoring and reporting on market trends, competition and technological advances to provide feedback and suggestions to the management team.
  • Provide welding technical assistance to customers and offer solutions to technical problems or requests.
