RAM MULTI INVEST – TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DELIVERY

1. General Information
1.1. These Delivery Terms (“Terms”) apply to all deliveries made by RAM MULTI INVEST / RAM SVEIS OG BEMANNING AS, Business ID 933 400 042, located at Linnegrøvan 27, 4640 Søgne, Kristiansand, Norway (“the Company”).
1.2. By placing an order on www.rammultiinvest.no, the Customer confirms acceptance of these Terms in full.
These Terms operate in conjunction with our Purchase and Sale Conditions and General Terms of Use.
2. Order Processing
2.1. Orders are processed during regular business hours:
Monday–Friday: 08:00–16:00
(Closed on Saturday & Sundays and public holidays.)
2.2. Orders placed outside business hours or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2.3. Orders are accepted subject to product availability and verification of payment.
3. Delivery Services
3.1. Deliveries are carried out throughout Norway and, when applicable, to other EEA destinations.
3.2. The choice of carrier, route, and shipping method is at the discretion of RAM MULTI INVEST, ensuring optimal balance between cost, speed, and reliability.
3.3. Standard delivery time is typically 2–7 working days, depending on stock availability and destination.
3.4. For bulk or palletized orders, extended delivery times may apply. The estimated delivery date will be communicated in the order confirmation.
4. Shipping Costs
4.1. Shipping costs, when applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
4.2. Costs are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, delivery address, and selected service level.
4.3. Any additional customs or import charges (for international shipments) shall be borne by the Customer.
5. Delivery Times
5.1. RAM MULTI INVEST aims to dispatch all products as quickly as possible.
However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5.2. Delays may occur due to stock shortages, transport conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
5.3. Customers will be notified promptly of any significant delay.
If the delay exceeds 30 days, the Customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
6. Inspection and Acceptance of Goods
6.1. Upon delivery, the Customer is required to inspect all packages for external damage, missing items, or discrepancies before signing the carrier’s delivery confirmation.
6.2. Any visible transport damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and to RAM MULTI INVEST within 48 hours of receipt.
6.3. Hidden defects must be reported as soon as discovered.
Claims submitted after unreasonable delay may be rejected in accordance with Kjøpsloven §32.
7. Risk and Ownership
7.1. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer once the goods have been physically delivered to the Customer or an authorized representative.
7.2. Ownership of the products passes to the Customer only after full payment has been received by RAM MULTI INVEST.
7.3. Until payment is made in full, the goods remain the property of the Seller (retention of title – “eiendomsforbehold”).
8. Returns and Refunds
8.1. Customers may return eligible products in accordance with the 14-day Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett).
8.2. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
8.3. Certain products — including customized items, cut materials, or opened consumables — are exempt from return for safety or hygiene reasons.
8.4. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned goods are received and inspected.
8.5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Force Majeure
9.1. RAM MULTI INVEST shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters,
strikes or labor disputes,
pandemics,
transportation disruptions,
governmental actions or customs delays,
fire, explosion, or major technical failure.
9.2. In such cases, delivery obligations are suspended until normal conditions are restored.
Customers will be informed without undue delay.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, transport errors, or non-delivery, except where required by mandatory law.
10.2. The total liability of RAM MULTI INVEST / RAM SVEIS OG BEMANNING AS shall never exceed the value of the goods purchased and paid for by the Customer.
10.3. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
11. Amendments to Terms
11.1. RAM MULTI INVEST reserves the right to modify these Delivery Terms at any time without prior notice.
11.2. The latest version is always available on our official website at www.rammultiinvest.no and shall apply to all future orders.
