The Jasic EVO Plasma CUT 100 offers genuine clean cut capabilities of 30mm and severance of 40mm. The EVO CUT 100 replaces the hugely popular pro series model that has been a tried and testing plasma cutting workhorse in many a workshop across the Norway. Fan on demand, increased cooling efficiency and a new interface all feature on this updated model.
The Jasic EVO Plasma 100 is a 100 amp machine equipped with IGBT technology. A professional high-end cutting inverter which is extremely user-friendly and gives reliable cutting performance.
Quick cutting speeds and a piercing capacity of 22mm make this an ideal choice for both hand cutting, or plug into a CNC table for mechanised cutting. The CNC interface now comes as standard with these machines, utilising a 14 pin connection.

The cutting speed of plasma is 1.8 times that of oxyacetylene cutting. The EVO CUT 100 can cut steel, stainless steel, copper, cast iron and aluminium easily and quickly. The arc is easy to ignite arc and uses a non HF arc ignition mode. There is a post-flow function operates to cool the torch after cutting. The simple operation and high cutting speed, smooth cutting surface make the plasma process an excellent cutting method.
A metal mesh mode allows the user to cut through metal mesh without constant starting and stopping of the machine.
Non HF Ignition and variable cutting control gives smooth, clean cuts consistently.
All Jasic plasma cutters come complete with earth return lead and plasma cutting torch as well as their signature 5 year manufacturers warranty.
