Tecmen TM1000 / FreFlow V3 ADF Protection Lenses – Inside & Outside Cover Lenses (Choose Variant)

These genuine Tecmen ADF protection lenses are designed for the TM1000 and FreFlow V3 welding helmets, ensuring full protection for the ADF950S iEXP auto-darkening filter.
Because the ADF must remain clean and undamaged for correct shade response, both the inside and outside lenses play a critical role in maintaining optical clarity and extending the ADF’s service life.

This product includes two selectable variants:

• Inside Cover Lens – protects the inner side of the ADF

• Outside Cover Lens – protects the front/external side of the ADF

Both lenses are manufactured to Tecmen factory specifications and are required consumables for long-term helmet performance.

Choose the Correct Lens Variant

1. Inside Cover Lens (ADF Inner Protection)

Size: 107 × 80 × 1 mm
This lens protects the inner surface of the ADF. It withstands internal dust, moisture and incidental contact. A clean inner cover lens ensures accurate shade performance and prevents internal reflections.

Use this option if you need:

• a replacement for the inner ADF shield

• protection against internal fogging and dust

• a lens located on the user-facing side of the ADF

2. Outside Cover Lens (ADF Front Protection)

Size: 160.36 × 107.3 × 1.2 mm
This is the large external lens that protects the ADF from heat, sparks, welding spatter and mechanical damage. It must stay clear to avoid shade inconsistencies and optical distortion.

Use this option if you need:

• a replacement for the large external protective screen

• protection against welding spatter and heat

• the front ADF cover lens (NOT for grinding mode)

Installation

1. Open the ADF frame.

2. Remove the worn lens (inside or outside).

3. Insert the new lens.

4. Ensure all locking tabs click securely.

5. Confirm that the viewing area is clean and unobstructed.
