Description

This turbine cooling backing pad for fiber discs ensures aggressive grinding while keeping the tool cool and stable. The rigid body, made of Flexithan 55 thermoplastic rubber, delivers strength, heat resistance, and high safety.

The pad uses curved turbine-shaped fins to boost airflow during grinding. These fins pull air toward the work surface. As a result, the disc and backing plate stay cooler, which increases grinding efficiency and disc life.

We reinforce the body with fiberglass, giving it excellent rigidity under pressure. The pad also includes a large-surface metal nut with a standard M14 thread. This design guarantees a strong connection to most angle grinders.

Its mechanical properties remain stable across a wide temperature range. You may notice only slight performance changes below –20°C or above 120°C, even during long grinding sessions.
