Returns

You have the right to return the product(s) within 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order without having to provide any reason. To initiate a return, you must notify us in writing of your intention to return the product(s) by emailing us at post@rammultiinvest.no.

To be eligible for a return, please follow these instructions:

1. 1. Return Form: Complete the return form in full. We will respond with return instructions via email or phone within 3 business days.
   2. Return Conditions: Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. They should be undamaged, not show signs of wear, and preferably in the original packaging with all accessories, labels intact, and any accompanying documents.
   3. Shipping: Returns should be shipped through a courier service of your choice, and all shipping fees will be your responsibility. We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) parcels and are not liable for any damage that occurs due to improper packaging.

Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned product(s), RAM SVEIS OG BEMANNING AS will inspect the items and process your refund within 14 calendar days. The refund will include the cost of the product(s) and will be processed using the original method of payment or another method specified by you during the return process. We do not pay/refund CASH !

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a replacement or a refund immediately. Please inform us in writing at post@rammultiinvest.no or post@rammultiinvest.no within 48 hours of receiving your order. This policy applies to both individual consumers and businesses.
