Flux-Cored Welding Wire for 316L Stainless Steel – High Toughness and Corrosion Resistance
This flux-cored welding wire for 316L stainless steel is designed for joining austenitic stainless steels containing 18%Cr-12%Ni-2%Mo, such as AISI 316 and 316L. With excellent weldability in all positions, it delivers high impact toughness, even at sub-zero temperatures, and outstanding resistance to corrosion in harsh environments.
The wire runs on CO₂ or Ar+20%CO₂ shielding gas with DC(+) polarity, offering a stable arc, low spatter, and smooth bead appearance. It is certified by leading international bodies, making it suitable for offshore, pressure vessel, shipbuilding, and industrial piping applications.
