3. Price: All prices on our website, www.rammultiinvest.no,are without VAT and exclude shipping costs, which are calculated at the checkout. The total price the buyer must pay includes all taxes and additional costs. Any additional costs not informed about before the purchase shall not be borne by the buyer.
4. Conclusion of the Agreement: The agreement becomes binding for both parties when the buyer sends their order to RAM Multi Invest. The agreement is not binding if there is a typing error in the offer from the seller in the online store or in the buyer’s order, and the other party realized or should have realized that there was an error.
5. Payment: RAM Multi Invest may request payment when the goods are dispatched. For credit or debit card payments, the purchase price may be reserved on the card upon ordering and charged on the day of dispatch. The invoice payment terms will be specified on the invoice sent to the buyer.
6. Delivery: Delivery has occurred when the buyer, or their representative, has taken over the goods. The seller must deliver the goods to the buyer without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order, unless otherwise agreed. RAM Multi Invest uses reputable carriers for deliveries. The delivery time is normally 2-7 working days.
7. The Risk for the Goods: The risk for the goods passes to the buyer when they, or their representative, have received the goods.
8. Right of Withdrawal: Unless exempt, the buyer can cancel the purchase in accordance with the right of withdrawal act. The buyer must notify RAM Multi Invest within 14 days of the start of the withdrawal period. The withdrawal period includes all calendar days, extending to the nearest working day if it ends on a non-working day.
13. Personal Data: RAM Multi Invest is the controller of collected personal data. The seller can only obtain and store personal data necessary for fulfilling the obligations under the agreement, in line with data protection laws. Personal data will only be disclosed when necessary to complete the agreement with the buyer or in statutory cases.
14. Conflict Resolution: Disputes should be addressed to RAM Multi Invest within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
